Program Description

This degree will provide you with the people skills and business knowledge to succeed and advance in for-profit or non-profit organizations. Once you graduate, you can find a new position or gain a promotion in many positions, such as manager, supervisor, administrative assistant, marketing manager, buyer, etc. You can take classes in any sequence and there are no prerequisites to begin the program. Classes are available online, on campus, and in a hybrid format (a mix of on campus and online).

While all classes in the program transfer to four-year universities at least as electives, the program is not intended to prepare a student for transfer. If your main goal is transferring to a four-year school, consider completing the AS-T in Business Administration for Transfer instead.


What can I do with this major?
When you graduate with this degree, you will be prepared for new employment or promotions in the fields of management, supervision, marketing, finance, international business, or other areas of business administration. While all classes in the program transfer to four-year universities at least as electives, the program is not intended to prepare you for transfer. If your main goal is to transfer to a four-year school, consider earning the AS-T in Business Administration instead.
