The Certificate of Achievement in Construction Management: includes courses that focus on the technical and management skills required in the field of construction and project management, as well as courses that provide knowledge in the technical aspects of construction and general business. This certificate is designed to meet the needs of students who are returning to college after completing a degree in another field who seek to enter into the profession of construction management. It also provides students who are currently employed in the construction management industry in entry-level positions the opportunity for advancement by enhancing their knowledge.

Construction careers in building and planning, such asa Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project coordinator, onsite & offsite project management positions, work for general contractors, engineers or architects. Work on a Construction Project involving procurement, project administration, estimating & scheduling, field support and sub-trade management. Graduates may be employed by contractors, construction management firms, developers, consultants, business and government agencies.
