Measurable Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:
demonstrate mental awareness, self discipline, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility;
redirect an aggressor’s negative energy;
demonstrate basic Aikido blending, ukemi, projections, and neutralizations;
demonstrate basic bokken and jo techniques.
